I’m an author, encourager, and forever fan of the in-between moments most people skip past. My talks are part story, part soul-work, and part “wait... did she just say that out loud?”
I speak to women who are high-capacity but low on margin. Creatives who feel called but a little tired. Leaders who need reminding that softness is not weakness—and that slow doesn’t mean stuck.
My goal? To make the room feel safe, seen, and stirred. To offer words that land, linger, and lead to actual transformation, not just a good Instagram quote.
